Could hormone therapy help you feel like yourself again?
Answer a few questions to get personalized talking points to bring to your provider. This is your starting point, not a diagnosis.

Let's talk about your cycle
Your menstrual pattern tells us a lot about where you might be in the hormonal transition.
How would you describe your period right now?
How old are you?
π Being in your late 30s with symptoms doesn't mean you're "too young" for hormone support. Perimenopause can start earlier than most people realize. Some women begin noticing changes in their mid-30s. Your symptoms are real.
π Since you've had a hysterectomy, we'll skip the pregnancy question. It doesn't apply to you.

Pregnancy & contraception
This helps your provider understand your situation, especially if you're still having periods.
Could you become pregnant?
π Good to know! If pregnancy is possible, make sure to bring this up with your provider. Hormone therapy for menopause symptoms does not prevent pregnancy, so you'll want a conversation about contraception options too.
π
A little about your health history
Some health conditions affect which type of hormone therapy is safest for you. This helps create the most accurate talking points for your appointment.
Have you ever been diagnosed with any of the following?Select all that apply, or skip if none apply
π Important: Some of these conditions may affect whether systemic hormone therapy is right for you. This doesn't mean hormone support is off the table. Your provider will review your individual situation. For vaginal symptoms (dryness, pain), there's a local vaginal option that's very low-risk even for many women with these histories.
